These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chibi World Cup, provided by Chibi Game Studio. By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If a parent or guardian must consent under local law, they must review and accept these Terms for the player.
Permission to use the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Chibi World Cup on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Profiles, progress, and availability
Player profiles, preferences, scores, Stamina, Goldcoins, and other progress are stored locally. You are responsible for your device, backups, and access to it. Deleting a profile, clearing app data, uninstalling the game, changing devices, or a device failure may permanently remove local progress.
Features may be changed, suspended, or removed to improve the game, address security or legal requirements, or maintain compatibility. We do not promise that every feature, online service, ad, or reward opportunity will always be available.
Optional analytics and advertising
Gameplay analytics on Android and iOS is optional and is described in the Privacy Policy. Declining analytics does not prevent you from playing the game.
Android and iOS release 0.22.0 offer voluntary rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads through Yodo1 MAS and its advertising partners. An ad is never required to start or continue a mini-game. Interstitial ads may appear only after a completed result, never during active gameplay, and are subject to a cooldown. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the qualifying rewarded ad was completed. Closing early, a network failure, unavailable inventory, or an invalid callback may result in no reward. Daily, rolling, technical, or regional limits may apply.
Never click live ads for testing, use automation to interact with ads, or attempt to generate false impressions, clicks, rewards, or revenue.
Virtual items
Goldcoins, Stamina, boosters, achievements, scores, and any other virtual items or benefits exist only within Chibi World Cup. They are licensed, not sold; have no real-world monetary value; cannot be transferred, traded, redeemed for cash, or used outside the game; and may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to correct an error, abuse, or game-balance issue.
The current game does not sell virtual items for money. If purchases are introduced later, additional store terms, pricing, refund information, and any legally required parental controls will be presented before purchase.
Fair and acceptable use
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or local data, bypass reward limits, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, use the game for unlawful activity, interfere with services, or distribute malicious code. Do not use Chibi World Cup, its characters, artwork, music, code, or branding in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.
Third-party services
Distribution platforms, optional analytics, and mobile advertising services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and conduct are outside our direct control. The Privacy Policy identifies the services included in each published game version.
Ownership
Chibi World Cup and its software, visual design, characters, artwork, audio, text, and trademarks are owned by Chibi Game Studio or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant any right to use our names, logos, or other brand features outside the limited permission to play the game.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We are not responsible for losses caused by device failure, deleted local data, third-party services, unauthorized device access, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory warranty, remedy, or consumer right available in your country.
Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Applicable law governs these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
