This Privacy Policy explains how Chibi Game Studio handles information in Chibi World Cup for Android and iOS. It applies to Android release 0.22.0 and iOS release 0.22.0. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Chibi Game Studio.
Information stored on your device
The game stores the information needed to keep local progress: profile nickname, represented country, language and sound preferences, scores, records, achievements, Stamina, Goldcoins, boosters, Inventory choices, tutorial progress, your analytics preference, and your advertising age-group and consent choices. This information is saved only in the app's private storage on your device.
Chibi World Cup does not require an account, phone number, precise location, contact list, photos, or payment details.
Information sent to us
Android and iOS release 0.22.0 offer optional gameplay analytics through GameAnalytics. Analytics are automatically disabled for players under 16. For players aged 16 or older, GameAnalytics is not initialized and no analytics events are sent unless they explicitly enable Gameplay Analytics. On iOS, analytics also requires authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Every game feature remains available after declining either choice.
If you allow analytics, GameAnalytics may receive a randomized app identifier; session, screen, lifecycle, mini-game, tutorial, score, Success-record, and profile events; your represented nation, language, settings, and local profile slot number; Goldcoin and Stamina transactions; booster and rewarded-ad events; normalized app errors and technical crash diagnostics; app version, device type, operating system; and approximate country inferred from your IP address. We use this information to understand feature use and improve game balance and reliability. We never send your nickname, raw local save file, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment details through gameplay analytics. Profile creation reports only nickname length, not the nickname itself.
Eligible players can change the analytics choice in Settings. The control remains locked off for players under 16. Disabling analytics stops future events. Neither platform uses a Chibi Game Studio account, backend, or cloud save.
If you choose to email support, we receive the address and information you include in that message. We use it only to answer your request and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for support and legal record-keeping.
Analytics, advertising, and third-party services
GameAnalytics processes optional Android and iOS analytics on our behalf as a service provider. It uses the data to provide aggregated game-performance reports and does not receive the local profile fields excluded above. GameAnalytics states that data sent through its service is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Android release 0.22.0 and iOS release 0.22.0 offer voluntary rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads through Yodo1 MAS. Rewarded ads can restore Stamina or grant Goldcoins when available, and no reward is granted until the provider confirms completion. Interstitial ads may appear only after a completed result, never during active gameplay, and are subject to a cooldown.
Before Yodo1 MAS initializes, Android and iOS use the same in-game dialog asking the player to choose under 13, 13 to 15, or 16 and older. It does not request an exact age or birth date. Players under 16 automatically receive non-personalized advertising treatment and cannot enable gameplay analytics. On Android, players aged 16 or older use one combined screen with four direct choices: accept both, Analytics only, Targeted Ads only, or decline both. No privacy purpose is preselected. On iOS, players aged 16 or older choose only whether to allow optional gameplay analytics, then receive Apple's native App Tracking Transparency prompt directly before any tracking-capable service starts. The custom screen never substitutes for Apple's system prompt, and iOS analytics starts only when both choices allow it. The game sends applicable COPPA, GDPR, and CCPA settings to Yodo1 before the SDK starts; the mediation SDK owns any additional regional advertising consent flow. Declining any optional choice does not restrict the game or voluntary rewarded ads.
Yodo1 MAS and an advertising partner that serves an ad may collect and share an IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, and technical ad events needed to deliver and measure advertising. These data may be used for advertising and analytics. Exact processing depends on the partner that serves an ad, region, age, device settings, and consent choices. Yodo1 MAS uses mediation partners, including Google AdMob and AppLovin, and the available partner set may change over time.
Chibi Game Studio does not intentionally send your nickname, represented country, scores, achievements, Stamina, Goldcoins, or local settings to Yodo1 MAS. The Google Play Data safety declaration follows Yodo1's published guidance by declaring approximate location and device identifiers as collected and shared for analytics and advertising, with required, non-ephemeral processing. Yodo1's guidance does not instruct developers to claim that all transmitted data is encrypted in transit, so we do not make that claim for the Android release.
Google Play and the Apple App Store process app distribution and installation data under their own privacy policies. Chibi Game Studio does not control that processing.
Platform permissions and identifiers
The Android and iOS packages include network and device-identifier capabilities for optional GameAnalytics and Yodo1 MAS advertising. Neither release uses these capabilities to upload your nickname, raw local save file, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment details to Chibi Game Studio. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android's privacy settings and manage tracking permission in Apple's privacy settings. On iOS, eligible players receive Apple's native system prompt before either analytics or advertising services that can track are initialized.
Children's privacy
The game has no account or social chat. Optional gameplay analytics is not initialized until the player makes an affirmative choice. We do not knowingly use GameAnalytics to collect personal information from a child without any consent required by applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us about information previously sent through support or optional analytics.
The game's age-group dialog configures Yodo1 MAS before advertising initializes. Players under 13 receive COPPA age-restricted treatment, while players aged 13 to 15 also receive non-personalized advertising treatment. Yodo1 states that age-restricted requests do not forward the advertising identifier and are limited to Google Play-certified ad networks suitable for that treatment.
Your choices and data retention
You can delete an individual player profile from the game. You can remove all locally stored game information by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or deleting the app from your Android or iOS device.
You can decline optional analytics when first asked or disable it later in Settings. Disabling analytics prevents future events but does not automatically erase information already transmitted. To request access to or deletion of optional analytics data, contact us using the address below. We will coordinate the request with GameAnalytics when the data can be associated with your request.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations.
You can use Android's privacy controls to reset or delete your advertising ID and limit interest-based advertising. You can use Apple's privacy controls to manage tracking permissions. The in-game advertising privacy flow provides applicable consent and opt-out choices. You may contact us at the address below for an access or deletion request, and we will help route the request to Yodo1 or an applicable advertising partner when appropriate.
Security
Local progress is stored in the app's private storage on Android and iOS. GameAnalytics states that optional analytics data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Yodo1's Play Data Protection guidance does not support claiming that all data handled by its advertising stack is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but keeping profiles and progress device-local reduces the information transmitted or held by service providers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and applicable release number at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes materially.
